Job Title: Data Entry & Consolidation Specialist (Temporary) Location: On-site (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Duration: Estimated 2 Months (Depending on performance and project speed) Pay Rate: up to $24 DOE Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, sharp Data Entry Specialist for a high-priority, 2-month temporary project. This is not standard entry-level data entry; it requires a higher level of critical thinking, data matching, and accuracy. You will be instrumental in helping clean up and unify our data following a recent corporate acquisition. Key ResponsibilitiesData Unification: Assist with line-item code unification across systems.Consolidation: Execute vendor consolidation and rate card consolidation tasks.Data Handling: Pull data from various sources, accurately match corresponding data points, and input them into Excel. Requirements & QualificationsExcel Skills: Intermediate proficiency is a must (navigating spreadsheets, data filtering, sorting). Experience with Pivot Tables is a strong plus.Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data matching and entry to ensure project quality.Reliability: Ability to work on-site daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
