Whether your journey with us lasts two days or two years, we value your contribution.What You'll Do as a Pallet Builder:Inspect incoming pallets for damage, defects, and repair needsUse hand and power tools (hammer, crowbar, nail gun, etc.) to repair and rebuild palletsReplace broken boards, reinforce weak spots, and get pallets back to top qualityEnsure all repaired pallets meet safety and customer standardsMaintain production targets while keeping quality highComplete daily piecework or production paperworkKeep your work area clean and organizedFollow all safety procedures and use required PPEWhat You Will Bring as a Preferred Candidate:Hablamos Espaol!
