Who We Are & What We OfferAmber Semiconductor is developing innovative power semiconductor solutions for high performance AI, Data Center, Server, & FPGA compute.Competitive salary range of $170,000–$270,000 with equity plus opportunities for professional growth.Collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can make a direct impact on next-generation semiconductor technology.Hybrid role based in Dublin, CA.What the Role IsLead the design and development of mixed signal ICs for power management applications.Oversee the full product lifecycle from architecture definition, circuit design, and simulation through validation and production.Manage and mentor a semiconductor design team while driving technical innovation and execution.Partner cross-functionally with product, systems, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Skills & QualificationsMaster’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.10+ years of semiconductor design experience focused on mixed signal ICs and power management.Strong leadership experience managing engineering teams and complex design projects.Expertise with tools and methodologies such as Cadence, Synopsys, VHDL, and Verilog.Strong background in digital architecture, mixed signal design, microcontrollers, and AFE integration.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.AmberSemi is an equal opportunity employer.
