Senior Software Engineer – Python / TypeScript
HelloWe are hiring Senior Software Engineers for a remote contractor project supporting AI preference-data evaluation and engineering workflows.

Experience: 5+ years
Duration: 3 months
Engagement: Contractor; no medical benefits or paid leave Start: Immediate (subject to confirmation)
Compensation: USD 70 - 105/hour (Depends on Experience)
Commitment: At least 4 hours/day and 20 hours/week, with 4 hours of PST overlap
Location:
Remote – United StatesRoleDesign and refine rubrics for AI preference-data evaluation Review and label data against defined quality standards Build and maintain data generation, collection, and evaluation pipelines Document findings and provide actionable technical recommendations Collaborate with researchers and engineers to improve evaluation workflows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go, or JavaScriptHands-on experience with preference-data collection or rubric creation
- Strong pipeline development, infrastructure, and codebase navigation skills
- Strong technical judgment and clear written and verbal communication
