We want a senior data engineer that is focused on performance.TSQL, SQL Server, etc.Performance Data EngineerSenior Data Engineer that can focus on performanceNeed someone that is a blend between proactive performance tuning and data engineeringUtilize SolarWinds DPA to investigate execution plans, proactively check or performance issuesTeam is very proactive - when new code is released need to look at it upfront and fix the expected issuesWant someone with that eagle eye and mindset to find issues before they ariseWill ID failures, refactor code, analyze the code structures, etcPortion of role is on-call (1 out of 5 weeks; monitor 7am-11pm - 5pm-11pm have pager if need pops up) - only when go permMust Have:Experience with SolarWinds DPA or similar 3rd performance monitoring toolDB performance tuning experienceAbility to breakdown execution plans and ID areas of improvementSQL Server & T-SQLNice to Have:SolarWinds DPA specificallyHealthcare or 340B experience
