AM shift starting at 5:00am and possible evening work.Company-provided van and toolsJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to provide maintenance, repair, and service for commercial properties across Lakewood. In this hands-on role, you'll perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems while also leveraging skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor building maintenance. You will travel to multiple customer sites within an assigned territory, interact with clients, and ensure systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations.This is an ideal opportunity for a multi-skilled technician with commercial HVAC experience who values problem-solving, safety, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems (package units, split systems, boilers, and heat exchangers)Diagnose, repair, and service HVAC equipment, including compressors, fans, motors, belts, pulleys, controls, and refrigerant systemsUse EPA-compliant refrigerants safely and efficientlyConduct minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs as needed for client facilitiesComplete service inspections, asset inspections, and document work via tablet or smartphone technologySubmit timesheets, expense reports, purchase card logs, and service reportsProvide estimates for larger projects or repairsMaintain strong client relationships through professional communication and serviceAttend safety training and comply with OSHA and company safety standardsTravel locally daily to assigned commercial propertiesQualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade certification preferred5+ years of HVAC/general maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, and carpentryExperience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systemsEPA Universal Certification requiredValid driver's license with clean driving recordStrong communication skills and ability to work independently or in teamsCompetent with technology for work orders, reporting, and inspectionsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balanceLift up to 75 lbs occasionally; 50 lbs frequentlyGood vision (close, distance, color, peripheral) and depth perceptionWork in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to electrical components, mechanical parts, heat, cold, humidity, fumes, and noiseWhy Join UsCompetitive pay: $30-$35/hourFull-time, Alternative work shift, Monday-FridayCompany-provided van, tools, and equipmentHands-on work across multiple tradesOpportunity to expand technical skills and grow professionally in a commercial HVAC environmentInterested?
