Head of Growth & CRO for DTC Beauty Brand

Faccelove is a fast-growing e-commerce beauty brand serving thousands of customers worldwide every day. Our mission is to help people preserve and enhance their natural beauty through innovative products and meaningful brand experiences.We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead revenue growth across our e-commerce business. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to combine data, experimentation, customer behavior, and commercial thinking to unlock performance across the full customer journey.This role goes beyond traditional CRO. While conversion rate optimization remains an important part of the job, the bigger focus is on identifying and driving growth opportunities across the store, offers, funnels, retention opportunities, and overall buying experience. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn insights into actions that grow revenue and improve customer value.The Head Of Growth WillTake ownership of growth across a high-performing DTC beauty brandWork closely with leadership on high-priority revenue and performance initiativesLead strategic experiments across the website, offers, funnels, and customer journeyHelp unlock new opportunities across retention, conversion, and overall store performancePlay a key role in scaling a fast-moving e-commerce brand with strong global growth potentialResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Revenue OptimizationOwn and drive growth strategy across the Shopify store and broader e-commerce funnelIdentify opportunities to improve conversion rate, average order value, customer lifetime value, and overall revenue performanceBuild and prioritize a growth roadmap based on data, customer behavior, and business needsDevelop structured hypotheses and translate them into high-impact growth initiativesContinuously look for new ways to unlock growth across offers, landing pages, bundles, upsells, and customer journey improvementsCRO & Site PerformanceLead conversion rate optimization efforts across key parts of the store, including product pages, headlines, product copy, checkout, offers, add-to-cart flows, and page layoutsPlan, run, and analyze A/B tests using tools such as IntelligemsImprove store speed, user experience, and mobile shopping performanceIdentify friction points in the buying journey and recommend improvements that drive measurable liftImplement winning tests and continue iterating based on results and learningsCross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with creative, marketing, retention, and Shopify teams to align on performance goals and prioritiesEnsure growth initiatives are clearly communicated, properly executed, and tied to measurable outcomesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to improve speed, alignment, and testing efficiencyHelp connect insights across departments so that decisions are based on both performance data and customer behaviorAnalytics & InsightsMonitor key business and conversion metrics daily to spot opportunities and issues quicklyUse GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, user recordings, and testing data to guide decision-makingAnalyze customer behavior and funnel performance to identify where users drop off and whyTurn insights into clear action plans that support revenue growth and better customer experienceKeep a close eye on competitor activity, market trends, and emerging e-commerce opportunitiesRequirements3–5+ years of experience in growth, CRO, or e-commerce optimization for DTC brandsProven experience improving revenue and conversion for Shopify storesStrong understanding of e-commerce growth strategy, UX/UI, and buyer psychologyHands-on experience running A/B tests and structured experimentation programsExperience optimizing product pages, offers, checkout flows, bundles, landing pages, and site experienceStrong analytical ability with experience using GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and Shopify dataHighly data-driven, organized, and confident making decisions based on performanceStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyComfortable owning projects independently and moving quickly in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience working with DTC e-commerce brands is strongly preferredExperience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brandsExperience with retention, post-purchase upsells, and LTV optimizationExperience working closely with paid media and creative teams to improve conversion across the funnelStrong understanding of high-converting e-commerce design and offer strategyAbility to analyze competitors and turn insights into actionable growth ideasWhat's in it for you?Competitive salaryOn-time and reliable paymentsOpportunity to work with a fast-growing global e-commerce brandLong-term growth opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
