MAPCO (*an Ambient Company) is a growing sales and distributor company representing major HVAC equipment manufacturers.We are searching for an Inside Sales member for our office in Hawaii. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact our organization and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in sales, manufacturing and/or engineering. The ability to communicate well and work with others is essential, as this position will interact daily with multiple internal and external teams.Inside Sales is responsible for the following job duties:Advising customers with the proper application and selection of the equipment we sellPreparing quotes for equipment based on customer inputEntering orders for the equipment sold by the Outside Sales EngineersDetailed tracking of the order processManaging the virtual files for all projects in which assigned salespeople are involvedUsing the selection programs provided by our manufacturers to select and configure equipment for design and quoting to contractorsAssisting customers with technical support on our product lines and maintaining good working relationships through verbal and written correspondencePreparing submittals for equipment soldExperience:Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) is preferred but will consider equivalent job experience2-4 years of experience in sales, manufacturing and/or engineeringMust be extremely detailed orientedCustomer service drivenSolid communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong computer skillsWe offer excellent health benefits, a 401(k) Plan, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and flexible scheduling.
