Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Graphic Installer / Print Production member to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring both production and installation skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and confident working independently or with a team. Responsibilities: Install vinyl graphics on vehicles, windows, walls, and signage Operate large-format printers and laminators Prepare graphics for installation including weeding, cutting, and taping Ensure quality control throughout production and installation processes Load, transport, and install graphics at client locations Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate effectively with team members and management Completing assigned jobs on schedule, including sending photos, notes, and progress updates What You’ll Be Doing: Ensuring clean, professional finishes on every project Working both independently and with a team on larger projects Representing the company professionally on job sites Completing assigned jobs on schedule, including sending photos, notes, and progress updates Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in vinyl installation and production OR Certification from Avery Dennison, Oracal, or 3M Strong knowledge of vinyl application techniques and materials Experience with large-format printers and laminators Ability to weed, tape, and prep graphics efficiently and accurately Prioritizes safety on every job, including proper equipment use, site awareness, and adherence to safety procedures Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work on ladders when needed Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and pride in your work How to Apply: Submit your resume along with examples of past work (photos or portfolio).
