Driver Helper

Job Title: Loader Job Summary:The Loader is responsible for efficiently and safely loading, unloading, and moving carts in the warehouse, or loading dock environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to workplace safety.Essential Job Functions• Load and unload materials from trucks, or pallets.• Ensure accurate placement of goods based on delivery or storage requirements.• Verify product quantities and inspect for damages before loading.• Secure loads to prevent shifting or damage during transit.• Assist in organizing and maintaining clean loading/unloading areas.• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.• Report equipment issues, discrepancies, or damages immediately.• Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to meet daily goals. Qualifications:• Prior experience in a warehouse or loading position is a plus.• Ability to lift 10-75 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.• Pushing/Pulling up to 600lbs.• Basic math and reading skills to verify labels, manifests, and counts.• Familiarity with loading equipment (e.g., forklifts, dollies) is an advantage.• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if needed. Work Environment:• Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.• May be exposed to varying temperatures and noise levels.
