Staff Accountant
EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by a mid-size real estate organization seeking a Staff Accountant to support the company’s day‑to‑day accounting operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month‑end close, and ensuring strong financial controls across the organization.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenanceAssist with month‑end and year‑end close processes, including financial statement preparationSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as neededReconcile bank accounts, credit card activity, and balance sheet accountsMaintain accurate property‑level financial records and assist with variance analysisAssist with audits, tax filings, and compliance reportingContribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controlsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1–3+ years of accounting experience, ideally within real estate or a related industryStrong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principlesProficiency with accounting software and ExcelDetail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple prioritiesCPA or progress toward CPA is a plusCompensationThe expected base salary range for this role is $50,000 - 70,000 plus bonus opportunity.As a recruitment and workforce management service, we are committed to promoting equal employment opportunity in all recruitment processes.
