Position Overview: Now Hiring: Construction Apprentice McDonough, GA $16–$20/hour (DOE) Full-Time | Year-Round Work Build a Career in Commercial Construction Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is looking for dependable Construction Apprentice to join our growing team in McDonough. Whether you have fence installation experience or a background in construction, landscaping, roofing, concrete, or general labor, we'll provide the training and opportunities to help you grow your career. What You'll Do Install commercial fencing, gates, and perimeter security systems Work with chain link, vinyl (PVC), wood, aluminum, and temporary fencing Dig post holes, set posts, and install rails, wire, gates, and hardware Read measurements and accurately lay out fence lines Operate hand tools, power tools, augers, and construction equipment Load and transport materials safely Maintain safe, clean job sites and follow OSHA guidelines Work with a crew to complete projects on schedule What We're Looking For 1+ year of fence installation, construction, or general labor experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is a plus Ability to read a tape measure and use basic construction tools Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Paid Training Advancement Opportunities Full-Time, Year-Round Employment Team-Oriented Work Environment Why PSG?
