Business Development Specialist
NVI, LLC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While preference will be given to candidates located near our Sulphur, LA office, we welcome applications from qualified remote professionals. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting NVI's ongoing national expansion by identifying and securing new business opportunities in or around the Southwest Region of Louisiana. We're excited to welcome driven, results-oriented professionals to our growing Business Development and Sales team.The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for the following actions/tasks: Develop existing and strategically acquire new business accounts focused on financial growth and customer satisfactionCommunicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staffCoordinate with company leadership to accomplish tasks to maintain and acquire new businessDevelop and implement special sales activities to maintain utilization of personnel and equipmentAssist with developing and completing sales objectives, divisional goals, budget requirements, and other management planning activities deemed necessaryPrepare action plans and schedules to identify specific sales targetsFollow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activityIdentify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assignedPrepare presentations, proposals and rates and services packagesIdentify and assist operations in resolving client concernsPrepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-upParticipate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and customer outingsFollow-up with clients for collections and receivablesAny other activity deemed necessary by the Vice President of Sales and MarketingRequired Qualification(s)Able to meet NVI's Drug and Alcohol PolicyRequired to pass Company's background and Motor Vehicle history checkHighschool diplomaRequired ExperienceFive or more years of sales experience in the oil and gas industryProven history of a successful track record of business developmentPreferred Qualification & ExperienceBachelors and/or advanced degree from an accredited universitySales experience within the Nondestructive Testing industry with a proven track record of business developmentCompany BenefitsCompetitive Compensation PackagePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysTraditional 401K Retirement Plan & Company MatchHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, Short & Long Disability Insurances
