Project Manager – AI Infrastructure and SecurityLocation: REMOTE (EST Time Zone)Duration: 6+ months contractProject Manager – AI Infrastructure and SecurityLocation: REMOTE (EST Time Zone)Duration: 6+ months contractPosition OverviewThis role is responsible for planning and coordinating AI infrastructure‐focused and security projects across the organization. The Project Manager will oversee project execution, ensure alignment with technical and business stakeholders, and support the delivery of initiatives as part of a wider AI deployment program. This is a contract, full‐time position requiring residency on the East Coast of the United States to work with Europe and U.S. based colleagues seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion.Coordinate enterprise AI deployment initiatives with a focus on cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, and operational readiness.Partner with cybersecurity, legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure AI implementations align with organizational governance standards and emerging regulatory frameworks.Support AI risk assessment, third-party vendor evaluations, and security review processes for AI-enabled technologies and platforms.Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, communication plans, and documentation.Facilitate alignment across engineering, operations, security, and business teams (in various regions).Manage project governance using existing processes including status reporting, risk mitigation, and change control.Coordinate vendor activities, contracts, and deliverables.Ensure compliance with organizational standards (multiple ISO standards, GDPR), security requirements, and regulatory obligations.Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and documentation.Required QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of project or program management experience in infrastructure or IT operations.Experience supporting enterprise AI, machine learning, or generative AI deployment programs.Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, or emerging AI regulatory requirements.Strong understanding of infrastructure domains including networking, cloud platforms, data centers, storage, compute, and security.Working knowledge of core enterprise security concepts, such as identity and access management (IAM), network security (firewalls, segmentation, VPNs), endpoint protection, and vulnerability.Demonstrated experience delivering large‐scale technical projects with cross‐functional dependencies.Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.Must be located on the East Coast of the United States to enable interaction with teams based in Europe and the U.S.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferredExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure Experience working in regulated industries and publicly held enterprises
