Project Manager - Civil Engineer/Land Development

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering and land development. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong technical and project management skills but will also have an established network and the ability to bring in new clients and projects. You will actively pursue business development opportunities, leverage existing industry relationships, and bring new clients to the firm. Your duties will include preparing and managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts, overseeing the preparation of grading, drainage, street, and utility plans, and leading coordination efforts with public agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals. You will also mentor junior engineering staff and collaborate with the executive team to align project execution with the firm's strategic growth goals.To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California. You need 5 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management, specifically in Southern California land development. A proven track record of business development and the ability to bring a book of business or strong client relationships is essential.
