Interim CFO (Contract – Onsite) Mansfield, TX Start: Immediate Duration: 3+ months (potential extension)We are seeking an experienced Interim CFO to step into a critical leadership role during a transition period. This is a hands-on, onsite contract opportunity for a proven financial operator who can provide stability and strategic guidance while ensuring continuity across finance operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the external audit process (targeting June completion)Prepare and deliver MD&A and comprehensive financial reporting packagesOwn and manage 13-week cash flow forecasting and liquidity planningEnsure timely and accurate lender compliance and reportingDevelop and present board-level materials for private equity stakeholdersProvide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, including a strong ControllerPartner closely with executive leadership on financial strategy, performance insights, and decision-makingMaintain continuity and operational stability during CFO transitionWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a private equity-backed environmentStrong background in lender compliance, reporting, and cash flow managementHands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves operator mentalityExecutive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at the board levelAdvanced Excel proficiency and comfort owning detailed financial reporting
