Print Project Manager - Early Career

We offer full-service solutions for our clients using the latest technology with the very best equipment.We are looking to hire a Project Manager to grow within our Client Services team in Duluth.Primary Focus:Heavy clerical/computer job entry and job ticket trafficking, guided project estimating.Supports Account Managers and Sales Reps by ensuring jobs move through production/manufacturing floor efficiently.Handles logistics, proofing, and vendor coordination.Some lower-volume accounts may be managed entirely by Project Managers from start to finish without Account Manager involvement.Duties & Responsibilities:Job Entry & Workflow Coordination:Responsible for entering jobs, trafficking them through the plant, and ensuring smooth production flow.Manages proof approvals, vendor coordination, and scheduling.Ensures production teams have the correct job specifications and timelines.Estimating Support (Minimal):Supports estimates up to $5K.Works with vendors to confirm pricing and availability for outsourced jobs.Quality Control & Shipping Prep:✅ Responsible for QC checks on jobs before shipping.✅ Ensures packing slips and carton labels are accurate.✅ Confirms correct paperwork is completed prior to shipping.✅ Sends tracking numbers to customers the day the product ships.Proofs & Tracking:✅ Regularly responsible for sending proofs to customers.✅ Approves hard proofs before production.EEO STATEMENTWe are an equal opportunity employer who recognizes the value of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
