This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, mechanically minded individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and learning advanced manufacturing technology.Schedule/Pay and Work Environment:Full-time, First shift positionsStandard 40-hour schedule, weekdaysOvertime and occasional weekend work when production is in high demandStarting pay $17-22 hourlyAs a machinist trainee, you will recieve training in:Operating CNC and manual mills and lathesReading blueprints and technical drawingsUnderstanding and applying G-Code programming conceptsUsing precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMaintaining safe and efficient machine operationBasic welding and assembly processesWorking with automated and robotic manufacturing systems*TRAINEES WILL BEGIN BY LEARNING AND MANUAL MACHINING FUNDAMENTALS BEFORE PROGRESSING xhyhwjd INTO CNC SETUP AND OPERATION.Experience and QualitiesStrong work ethic and willingness to learnPositive attitude and ability to work well in a team environmentAttention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable attendance and reliable transportationComfortable using computers and learning technical systemsAbility to stand for extended periods of time and lift 30-50 lbsMust be over 18, pass a background and drug screening
