Payroll Support Administrator
Job DescriptionOLD REPUBLIC TITLEJob ObjectiveResponsible for supporting the payroll department for administrative and reporting needs and serves as a backup to payroll specialists.This is in office, 5 days a week located in Minnetonka, MNEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesServes as primary payroll office administration support.Supports the distribution of payroll mail.Assists with check printing and distribution.Administers payroll delivery/shipping practices.Customer service/assisting with answering payroll related inquires.Monitors Payroll and Workday Inboxes. Generate/prepare payroll related forms and reporting.Serve as primary back up for payrolls during payroll specialist leaves and openings.Assist Payroll Manager in maintaining/updating policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date and compliant with internal controls and SOX documentation and Audit Requests.Supports ad hoc payroll report requests as assigned.Runs and organizes payroll reports during payroll processing. Process all internal and external reports as requested.Knowledge And Skills Required2+ years relevant experience.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Experience with ADP, UKG and Workday systems.Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment.Embodies high ethical standards and integrity. Maintains confidentiality.
