Material HandlerOn-Board Services Industrial is hiring a Material Handler in Hemlock, MI! Position Type: Full-time Job Location: Hemlock, MI Benefits: 401k, Health, Vision, Dental Compensation: $16.00/HourThe Role and Responsibilities: Responsible to maintain the efficient and accurate flow of material from the receiving area to the production floor. This may require working on many different tasks during a working shift. Other duties may include:Delivering material to the production floorGeneral upkeep of production and warehouse areasPackage product into bags and boxesApply product labels to bags and boxesBe able/willing to drive a fork truckAssist material control department with receiving materialIdentify and verify quantities of all incoming materialRequirements and Qualifications:Must have attention to detailPrevious forklift experience is preferredAwareness of safety and demonstrating safe work habitsMaintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalismProvide quality service to internal customers using clear communication skillsBasic computer experience using word and excel a plusWarehouse experience in a manufacturing environmentOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsPunctual and reliableMust be able to work 12hr shiftsStrong work ethic and commitment to excellence requiredMust be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug testHigh school diploma/GED2+ years of experience
