Tenet Healthcare is partnering with an established, high-volume private urology group in the Phoenix West Valley to recruit a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist. Position Highlights Established 3-physician private practice supported by 7 experienced APPs Clinic located in the Medical Office Building (MOB) on campus at Abrazo West Campus (Goodyear, AZ) — directly adjacent to inpatient services and ORs Additional privileges and procedural access at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus (approximately 20–25 minutes away) Da Vinci robotic surgery platform available Aquablation technology available Comprehensive service lines including robotic surgery, urologic oncology, female urology, stone and laser surgery, BPH/UroLift, pelvic floor reconstruction, male infertility, prosthetics, Aquablation, and InterStimTM therapy Established referral base with immediate volume Schedule & Clinical Structure Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 3 Clinic Days | 2 OR Days ~40 patients per clinic day Clinical Split: 65% Outpatient | 25% Inpatient | 10% Rounding Call: 1:4 rotation, shared equitably among partners Weekend coverage: 1 in 4 Residents and fellows encouraged to apply.
