*ABOUT THE PROGRAM:*
Apogee is a forward-thinking mentorship and leadership development program designed to help young students discover who they are, develop strong character, and learn real-world skills. We believe education should be exciting, hands-on, and purpose-driven...building confidence, creativity, and curiosity from an early age.
Our curriculum introduces entrepreneurship, health, teamwork, goal-setting, and personal growth, so students start building a foundation for lifelong success.
*ABOUT THE ROLE:*
We're looking for an organized, outgoing, and detail-oriented *Coordinator *to support the daily operations of our learning community. You will help create an exceptional experience for students and families by coordinating communication, supporting classroom flow, welcoming prospective families, assisting students during independent work time, community outreach, social media, weekly newsletters and keeping the program running smoothly behind the scenes.

*WHAT YOU WILL DO:*
_*Student Support*_
* Support students ages 8 to 12 during independent curriculum, project work, and daily activities by providing encouragement, guidance, and accountability.
* Help students stay focused, organized, engaged, and on track throughout the program day.
* Foster a warm, positive, respectful, and welcoming learning environment.
* Assist with classroom routines, transitions, activities, special events, and other day to day student needs.
_*Family Communication & Engagement*_
* Serve as the primary communication link between families and the Apogee program team.
* Respond to parent questions and ensure families receive timely program information, reminders, schedules, and updates.
* Create a warm and welcoming experience for both current and prospective families.
* Support community outreach and build strong relationships with families throughout their experience with Apogee.
_*Administrative & Program Support*_
* Manage day to day administrative responsibilities and maintain accurate, organized program records.
* Coordinate calendars, attendance, forms, schedules, and other program documentation.
* Organize supplies, events, field trips, special activities, and upcoming programming needs.
* Support leadership with daily operational needs and program preparation.
* Help ensure the program remains organized, prepared, and running smoothly.
_*Community, Enrollment & Marketing*_
* Give tours to prospective families and enthusiastically communicate the Apogee mission, culture, and educational approach.
* Create and schedule engaging social media content highlighting students, programming, events, accomplishments, and the Apogee community.
* Write monthly newsletters, family updates, and other program communications.
* Promote community events, enrollment opportunities, student accomplishments, and program highlights.
* Support outreach efforts that strengthen relationships with current families and introduce prospective families to the Apogee community.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
· Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
· Friendly, outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Comfortable communicating with both children and adults.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently.
· Dependable, proactive, self motivated, flexible, and team oriented.
· Comfortable using Google Workspace, email, social media platforms, and basic technology.
· Experience with social media content, newsletters, marketing, event planning, community outreach, or family communication preferred.
Experience in education, a microschool, youth program, or family focused environment is a plus.

Pay: $1,600.00 per month
