3G Mig & Tig Welder (2nd Shift)A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced 3G MIG & TIG Welder to join its team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of fabrication projects in a modern manufacturing environment supporting multiple industries.Responsibilities:Perform MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, and Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum componentsRead and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructionsMeasure, mark, and prepare materials for fabrication and assemblyUtilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and tape measuresInspect completed work to ensure quality and specification requirements are metPerform fabrication and sheet metal work as requiredMaintain a safe and organized work areaWork closely with production and quality teams to ensure project successQualifications Required:Ability to pass a 3G weld testMinimum 3 years of MIG welding experienceMinimum 3 years of TIG welding experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprintsStrong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experiencePreferred:Previous fabrication experienceSheet metal experienceWelding certificationsExperience working with multiple welding processesWhat You'll Find in This Role:Diverse, high-mix manufacturing projects with minimal repetitive production workClean and organized work environmentOpportunities for training, mentorship, and career growthCollaborative culture that values employee input and continuous improvementStable workload supporting a variety of essential industriesModern manufacturing equipment and processes
