Machine Setup Operator

Compensation: $23–$27 per hour

Employment Status: Full-Time

Available Shifts: 2nd Shift: 3pm–11pm 3rd Shift: 11pm–7am Work Timing: We operate on a weekly rotating basis, which includes weekend shifts. We offer double-time pay for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays. Core Duties Configure and run manufacturing equipment. Modify equipment parameters and swap tooling to ensure production efficiency. Feed raw materials into systems and oversee continuous machine performance. Verify the quality of completed goods to maintain high standards. Resolve technical malfunctions and perform necessary system calibrations. Execute routine sanitation and upkeep of machinery to keep the floor running smoothly. Adhere to established operational protocols and safety guidelines to foster a secure environment for all staff. Candidate Qualifications Prior background in the configuration and management of industrial machinery. Strong aptitude for mechanical systems and problem-solving. Proficiency in utilizing various precision measurement instruments. High level of focus on accuracy and detail. Flexibility to accommodate a rotating schedule that includes weekend work.
