Medical Assistant Certified

Under general supervision of the department manager, medical staff, nursing staff, and Sr Medical Assistant/Lead Medical Assistant, the Certified Medical Assistant follows policies, procedures, and professional guidelines. Skill in drawing blood for laboratory testing and ensuring proper specimen handling Competency in using electronic health record systems for accurate documentation and retrieval of patient information Proficient in performing clinical tasks, including patient rooming, and ensuring proper cleaning and maintenance of medical equipment.
