Job Title: CRM Marketing SpecialistLocation: Cumming, GAType: Full-Time, On-SiteBase Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (depending on skills and experience)Bonus: $20,000+ in the first year, projected to increase in subsequent years(Bonuses are paid bi-weekly after completion of the training period)Total Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 (Base + Bonus)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Specialist to design and implement customer retention and loyalty strategies using CRM systems and data-driven methodologies.
