Customer Service RepresentativeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and assist with order processing in a fast-paced business environment. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution while ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers and internal teamsRespond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channelsProcess customer orders, order modifications, and related requests accuratelyAssist customers with questions regarding products, orders, and servicesEscalate and help resolve customer concerns when necessaryCoordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and requests are handled efficientlyMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsSupport overall customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective serviceRequired SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsActive listening and problem-solving abilitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsBasic mathematical proficiencyComfortable using computers and standard business softwareAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience & EducationPrevious customer service experience preferredHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
