Principal Software Engineer, Developer Experience

Overview You will help define the long-term technical direction for CoreWeave's Developer Experience, shaping the services, APIs, and standards that scale across teams. You’ll own delivery at scale, tackling CI/CD bottlenecks, build/test times, and release safety while evolving core platforms. Kubernetes is central to our ecosystem, and you’ll lead cross-team efforts, mentor senior engineers, and design agent-safe tooling for AI-enabled workflows.
