Key Responsibilities Delivery Management Governance
Manage endtoend delivery of performance testing projectsreleases
Define scope milestones effort estimates resource plan test schedule
Run delivery ceremonies and governance
Daily tracking weekly status reporting RAID logs stakeholder syncs
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams
Dev QA DevOpsSRE Infra DB Network Architecture Product Owners
Own the test environment readiness
Capacity planning for load generators monitoring setup data readiness
Manage risks dependencies and escalations proactively
Ensure delivery meets quality gates and release readiness criteria
Passfail thresholds SLA compliance defect triage signoffs
Mentor performance testers and ensure standardization
Templates best practices reusable assets and documentation

Benefits
Compensation range: $12,900.00 to $180,000.00 per year
