It is our desire and passion to see that your experience at Fleet Equipment, LLC exceeds your expectations and provides exceptional customer satisfaction.About the roleThe Fleet Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the operational status, maintenance coordination, compliance tracking, and logistical movement of fleet assets across all company locations. This position ensures equipment readiness to meet customer needs while maintaining service compliance, tracking integrity, and efficient yard operations.What you'll doManage the status of all equipment listed in the Master Yard Report, including:SpottersTrailersSupport VehiclesSupport EquipmentWith special focus on units in Shop StatusCoordinate Yard Mule operations, working closely with Sales to ensure units are prepped and delivered in a timely mannerArrange and manage transportation logistics for equipment pickup and deliveryCoordinate off-site repairs for Spotters and other Fleet assets with approved vendorsTrack Spotters and other Fleet assets to ensure timely preventative maintenance and service completionMonitor and ensure service compliance for all FML equipmentReview fleet tracking systems to verify operational status and coordinate repairs as necessaryAdminister GPS equipment needs and maintain appropriate GPS inventoryManage Fleet Fuel Depository operationsCoordinate and manage road breakdown response for designated customersQualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExperience in fleet management, transportation, or equipment coordination preferredAbility to communicate effectively with vendors, transporters, and internal departmentsWorking knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and compliance trackingProficiency in fleet tracking and GPS systems
