Outside Sales Representative

About the Role:TRC is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow the Seattle Washington and Phoenix, Arizona This role is ideal for someone energized by networking, building client relationships, and developing a strong sales pipeline. You'll work closely with leadership while maintaining the independence to build your own book of business.The company offers a supportive, family-oriented culture, strong training, and a compensation structure that rewards performance without limits.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000Uncapped CommissionAdditional Perks:$400/month car allowanceGas, tolls, and parking coveredTravel and entertainment expenses coveredLaptop provided, cell phone reimbursementStrong benefits package 401(k) plan with small company matchKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow relationships with clients in the Seattle Washington and Phoenix, Arizona commercial flooring/interiors marketBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, sampling, and client engagementConduct field visits, client meetings, cold calls, and walk-ins to generate new businessManage accounts using SalesforcePartner closely with the Dallas Sales Lead (Jim), especially in the first 90 daysCollaborate with internal teams in Georgia to support project successRepresent the company with professionalism and enthusiasmDeliver quality-focused sales activity—prioritizing the right meetings and relationships vs. high call volumeQualifications:2–3+ years of sales experience (commercial interiors or design background is a plus, not required)College degree is a plus but not required TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
