We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Lead the strategy for brand reach and equity, focusing on impactful content creation and customer marketing. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media influencer strategy to drive brand popularity. Manage the end-to-end influencer ecosystem, from identification and outreach to negotiation and campaign execution. Collaborate with influencers to develop creative concepts and content ideas, ensuring brand alignment and compliance. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights to stakeholders. Engage with traditional and digital media leaders to amplify brand exposure and organic coverage.What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content creation best practices. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to completion. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and experience with content creation across various formats.What's On Offer Competitive annual salary ($110,000 - $165,300) plus bonus potential.
