If you’re experienced with MIG welding and enjoy working in a clean, climate-controlled environment, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values quality work and consistency.Why Join Us?Climate-controlled shop – stay comfortable year-roundConsistent schedules with built-in long weekends11.5% shift premium on all hours worked for both shiftsWork on varied, high-quality metal components, not repetitive low-skill productionAvailable Shifts3rd Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Shift includes an additional 11.5% premium on top of base payWhat You’ll DoSet up and weld components for sheet metal products using MIG (primary) and TIG (as needed)Secure parts using fixtures, jigs, and holding tablesWork with carbon steel, stainless steel, and exotic metalsRead and interpret blueprints to meet precise specificationsUse precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)Troubleshoot weld issues and maintain high-quality standardsWhat We’re Looking ForProven MIG welding experience on carbon steel and stainless steel (required)TIG experience (carbon steel, stainless, aluminum) is a plusFitter/Welder experience is a plusAbility to read blueprints and use measuring tools accuratelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBasic computer skills and effective communicationPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, bend, squat, and climb for most of the shiftLift and move materials up to 50 lbs (with lifting devices when possible)Work in tight or confined spaces as needed
