This includes defining the product vision, strategic bets, and narratives in partnership with the C-Suite, and translating them into a prioritized roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning quarterly priorities, defining success metrics, and driving measurable customer and revenue outcomes. A key aspect of the role is to run ongoing customer discovery, synthesize insights, and use market research to inform strategic decisions. The Head of Product will also lead cross-functional teams, particularly in partnership with Engineering and the CTO, to ensure the end-to-end execution of product initiatives. The ideal candidate for the Head of Product position at the company will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on design and packaging. They will be expected to own product design to enhance usability and time-to-value, as well as packaging across product lines to ensure clarity for both sales and customers. Leadership is a critical component of the role, as the Head of Product will be responsible for mentoring and scaling the product and design teams. The role requires a player-coach approach, where the candidate can set the direction, ship quickly with engineering, and drive a culture of continuous learning and iteration.
