Responsibilities
Lead the BIM designers in preparation of engineering drawings
DIV 27 specification creation or modification
Conduct site visits
Review technical documents
Manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Provide technical design leadership of systems for data center buildings, including structured cabling systems, wireless, audio-visual, and other low-voltage systems
Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
Collaborate with other disciplines, project managers and clients
Qualifications
Technical or associate's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 4 years' experience actively designing or leading designs for telecommunications structured cabling systems
Thorough knowledge of ANSI/TIA and BICSI standards
Thorough knowledge of NFPA 70 and its application to telecommunications structured cabling systems
Familiarity with Navisworks
Excellent project management skills
Experience in responding to RFPs
Experience in creating a budget for a project
Experience in creating and maintaining a project schedule
Experience in identifying and mitigating company risk
Credential as an RCDD or ability to attain it within one year of hire
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
Experience working on other low-voltage systems which include security, audio/visual, wireless
Electrical engineering degree or related discipline

The base salary range for this position is $91,000.00 to $130,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
