A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:/nRegistered Nurse - CVOR/n/nJob Details:/n• Work 4x10 day shifts with overtime days each week/n• Take call at least two days per week and 1-2 weekends every 6-week schedule/n• Minimum of 5 weekend shifts per contract required/n• Average 3 heart surgeries per day/n• Care for adult and geriatric patients/n• Must have active South Carolina RN license/n• Minimum 2 years of experience required with 1+ years recent unit experience/n• Travel experience required/n• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, CNOR/n• EPIC EMR experience (minimum 1 year) required/n• Skills include: First Assist, General OR, Trauma, Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery, CVOR procedures, Atherectomy, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), ECMO, TAVR, and other cardiac procedures/n• Must float to other units and campuses as needed based on census requirements/n• Complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of receiving login information/n• Orientation occurs every Monday/n• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks/n• Contract starts 3 weeks after signed agreement/n• Free parking provided/n/nFacility:/nThis major healthcare system operates a comprehensive cardiovascular operating room providing advanced cardiac surgical services.
