What you’ll tackle
Safety first: Follow procedures and PPE rules; identify and report hazards; engage in training and prevention initiatives.
Quality ownership: Track ABV, DO, CO2, and RE using in-line analyzers; execute QC checks on raw, in-process, and finished goods; act fast on deviations; uphold GMPs.
Equipment operations: Run fermenters, filtration, and control systems via SOPs; perform CIP to prevent micro growth and flavor carryover; troubleshoot and coordinate with maintenance.
Throughput & efficiency: Follow the production plan; reduce waste and downtime; collaborate with brewing, packaging, and maintenance to resolve bottlenecks.
Documentation & compliance: Keep precise batch records, data sheets, and trackers; support audits and regulatory requirements.
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
~1 year of manufacturing experience or a mix of related experience and strong computer skills.
Brewing/fermentation background preferred; filtration experience (centrifuge, reverse osmosis, etc.) highly preferred.
Comfort with MS Office, Teams, and email.
Age 21+.

Schedules & environment
Rapid, ever-changing production setting; possible exposure to extreme temperatures.
Shift rotations (days/evenings/overnights) up to 12 hours; overtime on weekends/holidays as needed.
Physical demands: lift 50 lbs; stand/move 8–12 hours; stairs and ladders.
PPE: bump cap, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, dust masks or PAPRs.
Strict adherence to GMPs.
Must be able to work night shift
Pay starts at $24.00/hour
