DescriptionPay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourJob description:Schedule:Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime and potential weekend work as business needs require.Workplace Type:On-siteOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerical Technician to support daily warehouse operations through administrative, clerical, and inventory-related tasks. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records, processing shipping and receiving documentation, and supporting communication between warehouse staff, carriers, and management.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming and outgoing shipping/receiving documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, and manifestsMaintain accurate inventory records through timely data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule shipments and track deliveriesGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reportsCommunicate regarding order status, inventory discrepancies, and scheduling issuesOrganize and maintain physical and digital warehouse documentationAssist with physical inventory and cycle counts as requiredEnsure compliance with company policies and safety proceduresPerform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and ordering supplies QualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of clerical, administrative, or data entry experience (warehouse/logistics environment preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to quickly learn and operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyPreferredAssociate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fieldExperience with WMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems Working ConditionsThis role is primarily office-based within the warehouse facility but may require occasional movement throughout the warehouse environment, including exposure to moderate noise, varying temperatures, and moving equipment.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):Are you willing to take a drug test?Are you able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly over the course of an 8 hour shift?Do you have your own reliable transportation?
