The organization values integrity, respect, and high-quality service in every interaction.Role Description These are full OR part time, on-site caregiver roles located in Mukwonago, Waukesha, West Allis, WI and surrounding areas. Caregivers support clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance, while promoting safety and comfort in the home. Responsibilities include preparing simple, nutritious meals, assisting with feeding as needed, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Caregivers provide medication reminders (as permitted by policy), observe and report changes in clients’ condition, and document care according to company standards. The role also involves offering companionship, engaging clients in conversation and appropriate activities, and collaborating with families and supervisors to follow individualized care plans and uphold the organization’s Christian values of compassion, respect, and service.QualificationsExperience providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe transfers or mobility support.Ability to perform basic home support tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe, clutter-free environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, provide companionship, and interact respectfully with clients, families, and team members.Capacity to observe and report changes in client condition, follow care plans, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.Reliability in maintaining consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to assigned schedules in an on-site home care setting.Ability to maintain professional boundaries, respect client confidentiality, and support a care environment consistent with Christian values of compassion and dignity for all.Physical ability to safely assist with lifting, repositioning, and mobility, and to remain on one’s feet for extended periods as required by client needs.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior caregiving, home care, or CNA experience is strongly preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates.Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to client homes in and around Mukwonago, WI, as required.Ability to pass background checks and meet all applicable state and company requirements
