Architect/Designer

*Job Overview* We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect/Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with proficiency in various software tools essential for modern architecture. This role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures that meet client specifications and adhere to building codes. *Duties* - Develop and present architectural designs that meet client needs while adhering to regulations. - Create detailed drawings and specifications using software such as AutoCAD. - Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather information for design development. - Collaborate with project managers to establish project schedules and budgets. - Prepare construction documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with local building codes. - Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction. *Requirements* - Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Architecture. - Professional licensure as an Architect is not necessary. - Proficient in AutoCAD. - Strong understanding of budgeting, construction estimating, and project scheduling processes. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. - Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset for problem-solving. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of current building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements is essential.
