This role involves designing and executing innovative experiments, driving assay development, and collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality, regulatory-compliant bioanalytical data.Key Responsibilities:PhD with 8+ years or MS/BS with 15+ years of relevant experienceStrong expertise in bioanalytical method development and validationExperience with immunoassays, LC-MS, and cell-based assaysKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and data analysisProven ability to manage multiple projects and work independentlyLead cross-functional bioanalytical projects and initiativesEnsure compliance with GLP/Google Cloud Platform and regulatory standards
