Monitors patients' response to therapy and revises plans accordingly.Provides exercise information for patients, peers, and the community, including public speaking and education classes.Participates in interdisciplinary committees, Performance Improvement activities, staff and student development.Maintains patient/client safety by explaining and demonstrating correct exercise technique and equipment use, closely supervising all activities and discontinuing patient's exercise if the condition warrants.Coordinates exercise program including referral proceedings, scheduling, program planning, and exercise supervision to achieve the goals of the department.
