This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users, and gaining hands-on experience across a variety of client environments.As part of our service team, you’ll provide day-to-day support to small and mid-sized businesses, helping maintain reliable, secure, and efficient IT environments. You’ll work closely with senior technicians, contribute to a high level of client satisfaction, and continue developing your technical skills in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting.What You’ll DoClient Support and Issue ResolutionRespond to and resolve IT support requests across multiple client environmentsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issuesDeliver timely resolutions while maintaining clear, professional communicationUser and System SupportSupport Windows and Mac workstationsAssist with Microsoft 365 administration (user setup, password resets, email troubleshooting)Set up and configure user accounts, devices, and access permissionsService Coordination and DocumentationAccurately document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing systemEscalate more complex issues to senior technicians as neededOn-Site Client SupportTravel to local client sites throughout the Cleveland/Akron area for hands-on support, installations, and troubleshootingWhat You BringExperience1-2 years of IT support or help desk experienceTechnical SkillsBasic understanding of Windows operating systems (Mac experience a plus)Familiarity with Microsoft 365Foundational networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)Professional SkillsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilityClear communication skills with both technical and non-technical usersAbility to manage multiple client requests and shifting priorities while staying calm and responsiveCustomer-focused mindset with a strong attention to detailMobility RequirementsValid driver’s license requiredReliable personal vehicle and active auto insurance requiredAbility to travel to local client sites; mileage reimbursement providedPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, including workstations and related equipmentWhat Success Looks LikeYou resolve common IT issues efficiently with minimal escalationClients feel supported and confident in your responsiveness and communicationYou stay organized and manage multiple requests effectively in a fast-paced environmentYou continuously build your technical skills and contribute to team successWhat We OfferFull-time position based out of the Strongsville officeExposure to a wide range of technologies and client environmentsOpportunity to grow technical skills in a collaborative MSP settingCompetitive health insurance optionsPaid time off and professional development opportunitiesMileage reimbursement for client travelOpportunity to learn from experienced technicians and advance within a growing organizationSalary: $21-23/hour based on experiencePay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceWork Location: In person
