Shift Leader Role Overview As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift. You'll supervise team members, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to the restaurant’s profitability—all while creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Skills Needed Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism that align with Marco’s values. Team player with a passion for delivering a Five-Star experience to every guest. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and accuracy in handling cash. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Adherence to safety and security protocols. Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to adapt to business needs.
