Job Details
Reports To: Senior Project Manager & Director of Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and closing engineering projects by coordinating with software engineers, hardware specialists, and cross-functional teams.
Support the Senior Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Track project progress and help identify risks with mitigation strategies.
Prepare status updates, documentation, and presentations for internal teams and leadership.
Support management of project scopes, changes, and dependencies.
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana to track milestones and deliverables.
Promote effective communication and apply best practices while learning advanced project management techniques.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a technical environment.
Understanding of software and hardware development lifecycles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Preferred Skills:
CAPM, Agile Certified Practitioner, or progress toward PMP.
Experience in tech, aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing.
Understanding of risk management and quality control processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
