Position Highlights Full-scope Family Medicine with OB, averaging 30-40 deliveries annually Collaborative team of 3 FMOBs and 3 APPs who practice independently Call: 1:4 rotation with tele-nocturnist coverage after 7:30 PM Schedule: 4 clinic days + 1 admin day from home 16-20 patients per day Deliver your own patients at an award-winning birth center with 11 rooms and 500+ births annually Compensation: Base $250K-$280K Total comp up to $370K Sign-on/relocation: $40K combined Additional hospital-based bonuses ($300 per delivery, etc.) PTO: 5-6+ weeks plus 9.5 paid holidays CME: $3,000 + 40 hours annually Malpractice: Federal Tort Claims Act coverage Technology: Next Generation EMR with AI scribe and Dragon dictation Backed by the ranked large health system in the nation (Fortune Magazine) with 24/7 tele-specialist access Why You'll Love Living Here Enjoy the work-l
