A company is looking for a Lead, Software Engineering QA.
Key Responsibilities
Define test strategies, specifications, cases, and plans based on design documentation
Automate test cases and build test suites for regression, scalability, and performance testing
Lead quality engineering discussions and mentor other QA Engineers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in testing complex software products
Deep understanding of QA processes, standards, tools, and technologies
Experience with web-based enterprise applications and automating UI, CLI, and API testing
Practical knowledge of at least one or two open-source automation tools and frameworks
Good understanding of the entire software development life cycle
