If you are looking for a career with an extraordinary company that values professionalism, teamwork, and growth, Competition BMW of Smithtown is the perfect choice.What We OfferMedical and Dental401(k)Paid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesPaid TrainingResponsibilitiesOversee the parts sales process from start to finish by assisting service advisors, technicians, retail and wholesale clients.Provide a high-level customer service experience to internal and external customers.Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.Communicate parts pricing and availability to advisors and customers.Make sure all internal requests for parts are priced and billed on the service repair orders.Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and parts availability.Pull and fill orders from stock.Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that require immediate attention.Receive payments from retail customers.Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-upReviews body shop estimates to ensure the ordered parts are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate. Requirements: BMW experience is preferred but not requiredPrior automotive parts experience preferredSaturday availabilty requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong customer service and communication skillsHave a High School Diploma or equivalentCompensation details: 60000-90000 Yearly SalaryPI17e70b000016-26289-40570625
