If you know how to motivate a team, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Lead, coach, and motivate the pre-owned sales team to consistently achieve sales and CSI goalsDesk deals and structure transactions while partnering closely with the F&I departmentAppraise vehicles and help manage inventory strategy to maximize profitability and turnIdentify opportunities within the CRM and develop creative strategies to improve lead conversion and customer retentionMaintain strong CRM processes and ensure consistent customer follow-up activity from the sales teamDrive performance through daily leadership, accountability, and process executionUtilize strong phone and follow-up skills to help drive appointments, engagement, and sales opportunitiesEnsure a top-tier customer experience both in-store and onlineMaintain compliance with dealership policies and state regulationsSupport merchandising, pricing, and inventory management initiativesRequirementsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of automotive sales management or dealership leadership experienceStrong background in pre-owned vehicle operationsProven success achieving sales volume and gross profit goalsExperience with desking, appraisals, CRM management, and sales process accountabilityExcellent leadership, communication, and closing skillsStrong CRM, phone, and customer follow-up skillsAbility to thrive in a high-volume dealership environmentValid Driver's license with a clean driving record
