Regional Area Supervisor- Janitorial/Fleet

Job description Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States. This is primarily an evening position. Hours are flexible but in the range of 3p-12a. This position in up to 70% travel. Driving to 1 site in Santa Fe and 2 in Albuquerque. Pay: $25/hr The responsibilities of a Regional Area Supervisor include: Oversight of multiple Truck Wash locations Management of on-site supervisors and truck washing staff Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner Planning and preparing work schedules Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment Maintaining accurate records Working with Modern Maintenance Management to ensure quality standards are met Other job duties as needed Why Work for Modern Maintenance?
